Physical Products
All Product Sales Are Final and once purchased cannot be returned or refunded. 

To request an exchange for a defective physical product, you must contact us and request an Email Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 24-72 hours of finding the product as defective. You will need to print it out and include it in the box along with the products for which you are requesting an exchange.

Savvy Creations will be responsible for the shipping label and provide it to you via email for your defective product exchange. 

Training Courses

By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to a strict no-refunds policy in any shape or form. We thank you in advance your understanding and cooperation.

Your success in our courses is important to us. We want our students to understand the material, not just finish the course. That’s why we require everyone to pass our final quiz with a score of 100%. As long as you’re attentive during the lessons, you should have no problem answering all the quiz questions correctly. And if you happen to make a mistake, you may retake the quiz as many times as you like before your course access expires. 

Refund process

Most refunds can take anywhere from 2 to 15 days, depending on your debit / credit card issuer. If you have not received a refund within 15 days, contact your bank or credit card company.

SAVVY machines warranty

The manufacturer warrants our MACHINES to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal conditions and use, for a period of six (6) months from the date of the original invoice. Shipping and handling costs will be borne by the customer. Manufacturer agrees, at its own discretion during the warranty period, to repair any defects in material or workmanship or to provide a repaired or reconditioned product of equal value in exchange free of charge (except for a fee for shipping, handling, packaging, return shipping , and insurance that the customer will incur). Such repair or replacement is subject to verification of the defect or malfunction and confirmed proof of purchase showing the model number on the original dated sales receipt.

Payment for training and other non-physical products is non-refundable.

In the event that an appointment or class is canceled, the appointment will be scheduled for a different date.


Savvy Creations Inc. ships to most countries worldwide. Domestic Packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. The normal processing time for orders is 24-72 hours during business days (Monday – Friday). After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-7 business days, and 14-30 business days internationally. Please keep in mind that during holidays this time may vary. Savvy Creations Inc. is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States. Packages undeliverable by FedEx, UPS & USPS, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once received and processed at our shipping hub.
