Elite students have 12 months from their original class date to attend Day One of an in-person Ombré training. The refresher is designed to help strengthen core techniques, rebuild confidence, and connect any missed details. Attendance is based on availability and must be scheduled in advance.

For our Ombré Brow classes, if you signed up for the Elite package, you are required to bring a model. If you are unable to obtain a model, we can assist with providing one for a $99 model fee.
In classes such as Lamination, Henna, Mapping and Tint, students will work on each other and switch partners to complete their technique practice. If a student chooses not to participate and would prefer to bring their own model, a $99 model fee will apply.

Yes, we allow one free transfer as long as we are notified at least 5 days before your scheduled class.
If you request a second transfer, a $150 transfer fee will apply.
No third transfers are allowed, and your deposit will be forfeited, as continual rescheduling holds a spot that could be given to a student who is ready to move forward.
