Policies

All Product Sales Are Final and once purchased cannot be returned or refunded. 

Once purchased, products cannot be returned or refunded.
If you receive a defective physical product, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) by email within 24–72 hours of discovering the issue.
We will email you a prepaid shipping label for the exchange and instructions. Please include the printed RMA inside your return package.

Training Course Policy
We offer in-person classes, live webinars, and online courses. All training sales are final and nonrefundable.
Our online courses require completion of a final quiz with a 100 percent passing score to receive certification. Quizzes can be retaken as many times as needed before course access expires.

Refund process

All products are final sale and not eligible for refund once purchased.

In rare cases where a refund is approved (such as for defective items), processing may take 2 to 15 business days depending on your debit or credit card provider.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 days, first contact your bank or credit card company. If there’s still an issue, reach out to us at info@savvycreationsinc.com.

Please include proof of purchase and an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to help expedite the process.

SAVVY machines warranty

We offer both tattoo machines and airbrush machines.
Our machines are covered by a 6-month manufacturer’s warranty from the date of the original invoice. This warranty ensures the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling costs. If a defect is confirmed, the manufacturer may choose to repair the item or replace it with a reconditioned product of equal value at no additional charge (excluding shipping, handling, and insurance fees). Proof of purchase, including the model number and original sales receipt, is required for any warranty claims.

Shipping

Savvy Creations Inc. ships globally and domestically from our warehouse in Chicago, IL.
Processing Time:
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12 PM CST are typically processed, packed, and scheduled for pickup the same day.
Orders placed after 12 PM CST or on weekends begin processing the next business day. Orders do not typically ship on weekends.
Shipping Carriers:
We use USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL to deliver orders efficiently.
Estimated Delivery Times:
  • U.S. Domestic:
    • Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days
  •  International:
    • Standard Shipping: 6–10 business days
    • Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days
Additional Info:
Once an order leaves our warehouse, we are not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing.
International customers are responsible for any duties or import fees.
Undeliverable packages returned to us will be refunded minus the original shipping cost.
